Refunds

Color rings will be refunded within 7 business days upon receipt. They must arrive in as new condition. A full refund of $25.00 will be applied to your credit card. Contact us for a prepaid return label. Original freight is not reimbursable.

Merchandise being returned must be reported within 30 days from receipt of goods. Only merchandise meeting the following criteria can be refunded;

1. Merchandise must be in its original box or poly bag. If you have tried on or worn the hairpiece we cannot refund the hairpiece.
2. Merchandise must have its original tag attached and hair net intact.
3. Merchandise must be unused and not altered (brushed, combed, or picked) in any way. Please look at the color to determine a match with the hairpiece securely in the plastic bag.

Returns will not be accepted unless pre-authorized by Girly Curls. Upon approval, your return must include the following:

1. Your order number must be prominently marked on/in your returned package/box(es).
2. The original invoice must accompany the return.
3. Return freight is prepaid by Girly Curls. We will email you a return label upon receiving your email/phone call requesting a return. Original freight is not reimbursable.

Merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused. Girly Curls will not accept returns more than 30 days from the date of the original invoice.
